Do you offer walk-in services?

Walk-in services are offered at the Oasis Grand Location.

Appointment cancellations and/or rescheduling

We require a minimum of 24 hours business days notice to change or cancel an appointment or a $40 cancellation fee will be charged to the patient.

I’m looking for a new family doctor.

Some of our physicians are taking new patients. Please refer to our ‘Doctors’ tab to see which physicians are accepting new patients. If you would like to register with one of our doctors, call us today to book a Meet and Greet appointment!

I need my prescriptions renewed. Can my doctor fax the prescription over to the pharmacy?

Some prescriptions can be renewed by fax, other prescriptions will require an office visit. It is the patient’s responsibility to make sure they have enough prescription to last until their next scheduled appointment. We recommend patients schedule an appointment 1-2 weeks before they run out of their medications.

Can I get my test results over the phone?

Our front desk staff will not give test results over the phone. Please book a follow-up appointment if you are concerned or would like to speak to your physician regarding the test. You will be contacted if the tests are abnormal, or the physician would like to discuss the results with you.

I need a referral/requisition/form/ note.

Please call the clinic to book an appointment. There will be a private patient charge for forms and notes.

Uninsured services provided at Oasis Health System Ltd.

Not all services provided at Oasis Health System Ltd. are covered by Alberta Health. Depending on the service required, you may be charged directly. Services include and are not limited to: insurance paper work, forms, driver’s medicals, sick notes, and cosmetic procedures. Please give the clinic a call for more information.
